Brossland Investments Inc is a family owned and operated investment company. Founded in 2008, B.I.I primarily invests in Real Estate, with a focus on Multi-family developments and value-add opportunities in top 20 markets throughout North America.
Our goal is to invest alongside well established operating partners to develop best in class properties and/or add value to mid-level properties.
Additionally, B.I.I evaluates and invests in residential developments, industrial redevelopments, commercial/retail value-add, tech start ups, Sports & Entertainment endeavors and small business.
WHAT WE DO
Real Estate Investments
Our target investment criteria on any real estate deal is an average of 5-8% cash on cash return with an overall 15-20% IRR minimum. We look for deals with an exit in 5-7 years.
Our Sponsor partners must be completely transparent and show that they are first class operators with top of the line investor relations, services and reporting.
